MILES CITY — When the season concludes for the Miles Community College women's basketball team, head coach Nate Vogel will be moving on.
Vogel is leaving the Pioneers to become the head coach of the women's basketball team at Texas A&M International University.
TAMIU officials put out a press release on the school's website of Vogel's hiring.
The Dustdevils are an NCAA Division II program located in Laredo, Texas and a member of the Lone Star Conference.
Vogel will be taking over a program that finished 0-27 this season and has won five games in the past three years.
Vogel was with the Pioneers two seasons, leading MCC to a 33-0 record this season, the first undefeated regular season in program history. Vogel was 25-8 his first year in Miles City.
He was selected the MonDak Conference and Region XIII coach of the year.
The Pioneers play Walters State of Tennessee on Monday in the NJCAA Division I National Tournament in Lubbock, Texas.
MCC athletic director Jerry Olson said in a press release the school is already in the process of finding Vogel's replacement.
