HELENA — The Carroll College basketball teams enter the Frontier Conference tournament ranked in the NAIA top 10. The women are No. 7 in the latest poll, while the men are No. 9.

THe Carroll (24-6) moved from No. 7 to No. 9. The Saints split the regular season championship with Lewis-Clark State College, but earned the No. 1-seed in the playoffs after winning the regular season series 2-1 against the Warriors. The Saints have a bye in the quarterfinals and will host the lowest remaining seed in the semifinals on Saturday.

Riding a seven-game winning streak, the women rose to No. 7 from No. 8 in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll. The Saints (22-7) ended the regular season with a convincing 55-43 win over No. 24 Rocky Mountain College earned the No. 2 seed in the Frontier Conference Playoffs.
