DES MOINES, Iowa— The first-round pairings for the 62nd annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships on Friday and Saturday at the Jacobson Exhibition Center here have been released.

The Montana State-Northern and the University of Providence wrestling teams each qualified seven wrestlers.

For the No. 9 Lights: at 125 pounds, Nick Kunz (26-12) will meet No. 5 Trevor Murano (19-7) of Grand View; No. 11 Matt Weber (12-4) has a bye at 141; No. 2 Brandon Weber (25-5) will meet Marcus Thompson (21-14) of Missouri Valley at 157; No. 6 Andrew Bartel (36-9) has a bye at 165; Chase Short (25-13) has a bye at 174, No. 2 Isaac Bartel (41-3) has a bye at 197 and Jase Stokes (26-13) will wrestle No. 3 Korey Walker (20-6) of Oklahoma City at 285. 

For the No. 10 Argos: TJ Baun (35-13) will wrestle No. 10 Jaedin Sklapsky (15-6) of Campbellsville at 141; No. 9 Shonn Roberts (34-4) meets Dawson Hunt (16-5) of Reinhardt at 149; No. 9 Casey Dobson (24-8) will battle Kevin James (20-11) of Menlo at 157; No. 1 Adrian Lyons-Lopez (33-4) will tangle with Jonathan Blackwell (8-4) of Baker at 165; No. 6 John Hensley (31-9) has a bye at 197; No. 2 Matt Hopkins (35-3) meets Hinton Bolinger (17-9) of Reinhardt at 285; and Justin Harbison (12-3) has drawn No. 4 Quandre Chisholm (14-2) of Cumberlands at 285. 

Two Dickinson State wrestlers will be participating at nationals. No. 3 Gresh Jones (10-3) has a first-round bye at 133 pounds and No. 10 Taner Stone (25-10) will wrestle Gage Maxwell of Hannibal-LaGrange (22-7) at 157.
