BILLINGS — Mackenzie Dethman, a standout athlete for Froid-Medicine Lake, has signed a letter of intent to play for the Rocky Mountain College women's basketball team.
Dethman, a Class C all-state selection, has averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocked shots during her first three seasons with the Redhawks.
"We are very excited to add Mackenzie to our Battlin' Bear family," said Rocky head coach Wes Keller. "She excels on the court and in the classroom. Mackenzie is very skilled and has the ability to play inside and out. We look for big things from her over the next four years.
Dethman, received a nomination to the Air Force Academy this past December from U.S. Senator John Tester, D-Mont.
