MISSOULA — The Billings Senior softball team rolled over Missoula Big Sky 21-3 in three innings and Missoula Hellgate 13-1 in five for a pair of Class AA wins.

Against Big Sky, Senior scored one run in the first inning, eight in the second and 12 in the third. The Broncs recorded seven hits and drew 15 walks. 

Senior freshman Kennedy Venner went 1-for-2 with two walks, two RBIs, three runs scored and three stolen bases. Her senior teammate Ellie Ostermiller pitched two scoreless and hitless innings and went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and three RBIs at the plate.

The Broncs led Hellgate 2-1 through three innings, and they pulled away with five runs in the fourth and six in the fifth.

Senior Laurel Gordon hit a home run and drove in four runs, while Kara Conway went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs and fellow sophomore Dacee Zent went 2-for-4 with a double. Ostermiller pitched three scoreless innings on one hit and one walk with six strikeouts, and junior Cassidy Vanner allowed the lone run on two hits and no walks with a strikeout.

Hellgate freshman Keke Davis went 1-for-2 with a home run.
