LAUREL — The Laurel softball team beat Glendive 7-6 on Friday in walkoff fashion.

The score was tied 6-6 going into the bottom of the seventh inning. With two outs, Laurel senior Taryn Wommack drilled a double, and freshman Taylor Feller drove Wommack in with a double herself to end the game.

Feller and teammate Bailey Chapman each went 2-for-3 with a walk.

Laurel (1-2, 1-2) will host Sidney and Glendive (2-1, 0-1) will play at Billings Central on Saturday.
