LAUREL -- Laurel High's Taylor Ludwig has signed with Rocky Mountain College to compete on the women's soccer and track teams starting this fall.

Ludwig was a member of Laurel's 2014 Class A state championship soccer team, along with the 2015 and 2016 state runners-up. She was a four-year starter and a two-year captain for the Locomotives, earning all-state honors her junior and senior year.

In track, Ludwig has qualified for the state meet all four years. Last season, she finished second in the 100 and 200 meters, and fifth in the 400 at the Class A state meet.

Ludwig has already pre-qualified for the State A track meet on May 26-27 in Laurel.
