BILLINGS — The Billings Mustangs and Idaho Falls Chukars open their Pioneer League North Division playoff series Sunday at Dehler Park.
First pitch is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Games 2 and 3, if necessary, will be held Monday and Tuesday in Idaho Falls. The winner of the best-of-three series advances to the league championship series.

Since, the Chukars have struggled and went into Saturday’s game against Great Falls 12-25 in the second half. They were 33-41 overall and had a three-game winning streak snapped on Friday.
Conversely, the Mustangs were 15-23 in the first half but rebounded and were at 23-14 in the second half, 38-37 overall.
In the South Division, the Ogden Raptors will take on the Grand Junction Rockies. The Raptors, 54-21 overall, won both halves while Grand Junction (37-36) finished with the division’s second-best overall record to qualify for the postseason.
