BOZEMAN – Pepperdine transfer Skye Lindsay is the newest member of the Montana State women's basketball team.

Lindsay, a 6-foot-2 forward/center from Orem, Utah, will sit out the 2019-20 season and have three years of eligibility remaining.

Last season, Lindsay helped Pepperdine to a 22-12 overall record and a 12-6 mark in West Coast Conference play.

“Skye is a strong, physical kid that will bring a presence to our program both on and off the court,” Binford said. “We like the experience she’ll bring to the team. Skye played in a strong conference last winter and comes from a very successful club program – Natalie Williams Basketball Academy – and with the upcoming graduation of Blaire (Braxton) and Madeline (Smith) the knowledge she’ll gain from sitting out the year will be of great value to the program.”

As a Pepperdine freshman, Lindsay played in all 34 games, including 10 starts. She averaged 2.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 14-minutes per game.
