BILLINGS — Kloie Thatcher of Rocky Mountain College was selected as the Frontier Conference women's basketball player of the week on Monday.

The 5-foot-7 sophomore from Butte led the way as the Battlin' Bears won their only game of the Thanksgiving week with a 74-61 win over Dickinson State.

Thatcher scored a career-high 31 points against DSU. She also grabbed seven rebounds and recorded four steals. 

She shot 9 of 21 from the field and went 11 of 14 from the free throw line.

Thatcher helped the Bears rally from a 23-5 deficit in the first quarter.
