BILLINGS — The opener of a four-game series at Dehler Park between Montana State Billings and Northwest Nazarene has been moved up a day to Thursday.

Doubleheaders are scheduled for 3 p.m. on Thursday and noon Friday. The series was originally scheduled to be played Friday and Saturday at 1 p.m. but was shifted to avoid an unfavorable weather forecast on Saturday.

With 12 regular-season contests remaining, MSUB is in first place in the standings at 19-17 overall and 19-9 in GNAC play. The Yellowjackets are coming off a four-game series split with second-place Western Oregon last weekend.

The Yellowjackets will go on the road next week to play four games at Central Washington before finishing the regular season at home against Concordia on May 2-3.
