The Griz had their chance to empty the bench in Thursday night’s 72-37 victory over the Weber State Wildcats. As the Montana lead grew in the second half, freshmen and reserve players saw some play.

The game started with a brief Wildcat lead, but midway through the first half a 3-point-shot by senior guard Timmy Falls pushed the Griz into the lead (15-11) and there was no looking back.

The teams went to the locker room with the Griz in a 17-point lead.

The second half saw a few points from the Wildcats, as the Griz defense held them to 16 points while putting up 34 of their own.
